Paul has many years of experience working in the London Market, placing business with Lloyd's Syndicates and Company Insurers, and also handling claims. His background has been predominately in professional indemnity insurance, but he also arranges Directors and Officers (D&O) cover, crime (including computer crime), packages for financial institutions (PI, D&O and Crime,), cyber insurance and tech E&O.
Additionally, Paul places intellectual property (IP) risks, and studied IP modules on his LLB. He has particular expertise in assisting legal professionals arrange insurance for themselves, eg their professional indemnity insurance, and for their clients eg IP cover, and After-the-Event cover (with litigation funding if required).

With a languages degree in French and German from Cambridge University, and the Graduate Diploma in Law (the "GDL") and the Legal Practice Course (the "LPC") to her name, Claire has an impressive academic background; however, she also has practical experience in the legal workplace, and is now working successfully as a specialist broker for Sybaris Legal & IP.
Claire arranges professional indemnity insurance for legal professionals, and other professions, and also assists with intellectual property ("IP") insurance, cyber, and After-the-Event ("ATE") cover.

Pat has worked in the Lloyd's Market since 1979, and has decades of experience.
He has worked as a placing broker, claims broker, as an insurer claims negotiator, and on the underwriting side as well.
Pat now works in the Sybaris Legal & IP Broking Team as a Senior London Market Broker dealing with Company Insurers and Lloyd's Syndicates. He will assist with all Sybaris specialist lines of business.
Pat also has a Diploma in Sports Massage, and is a Senior Coach Middle Distance (Level 4 Performance Coach), coaching at his local athletics club, and assists Football and Rugby clubs with fitness.
