We are very excited to announce a new combined funding and ATE insurance solution for intellectual property disputes.

We can consider all types of IP dispute for Funding and ATE Insurance, including but not limited to patent, design right, copyright and trademark disputes.
Unlike "standard" litigation funding offerings, we offer funding combined with ATE insurance that is non-recourse, and also on an interest basis, so we can provide a solution where a non-financial remedy is being sought. Under normal circumstances, a funder requires a proportion of a damages award, so funding simply is not accessible for many IP cases, even if they have good prospects of success. This is of course subject to status, but as long as the client has an acceptable credit score, then we should be able to assist when there are good prospects of success.
